Why did JOHNSON’S not reformulate earlier?

Reformulation to maintain among the highest standards has, in fact, been a regular and ongoing process. For example, as a result of multiple reformulations, JOHNSON’S products have been free from parabens, phthalates, 1,4 dioxane and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives since 2015. Now, all our products are even gentler without dyes and sulfates and use more naturally-derived ingredients.
